We pay your heat, hot and cold water, garbage pick-up, and sewer. So all you have to pay is your electricity which will run about $30 per month plus your a/c usage in the summer. Please note that we do NOT accept pets. Assistance animals are welcome with proper documentation from a professional. We do have ample free parking lot space as well as garages. Garages are $90 per month. They are large, private, and have remote control electric openers. As for availability, we should be able to accommodate you as long as we talk soon.
