Our one bedrooms are large (650 sq. feet) and have an accommodating floor plan. The bedrooms are 12' X 14'. That's very large for an apartment! They have 6-panel white doors, white trim, cherry cabinets, new light fixtures, and a dishwasher. The one bedrooms can come with or without your furniture. Without furniture they are $845/month or $855 for an end unit. With the furniture included they are $1045 or $1055. Either way, we still pay your heat, hot and cold water, garbage pick-up, and sewer. So all you have to pay is your electricity which will run about $30 per month plus your a/c usage in the summer. Please note that we do not accept pets. Assistance Animals with proper documentation from a legal professional are welcome. We do not take Section 8. We also have ample free parking lot space as well as garages. Garages are $90 per month. They are large, private, and have remote control electric openers. As for availability, we should be able to accommodate you as long as we talk soon. Our standard leases are for 1 year. The deposit is $845 and the application fee is $40 per adult.
