That's very large for an apartment! The one bedrooms can come with or without your furniture. Without furniture they are $845/month; with the furniture included they are $1045. Either way we still pay your heat, hot and cold water, garbage pick-up, and sewer. So all you have to pay is your electricity which will run about $30 per month plus your a/c usage in the summer. Please note that we do NOT accept pets. Assistance animals with proper documentation from a legal professional are welcome. We do not accept Section 8. This building has its own laundry room with 4 sets of washers and dryers. We do have ample free parking lot space as well as garages. Garages are $90 per month. They are large, private, and have remote control electric openers. The application fee is $40 per adult.
