We have two newer buildings: Four Seasons and Four Seasons II, located just down the street. These buildings feature dishwashers, central air conditioning, private decks, limited-access security, and nearly soundproofed apartments for privacy. The bathrooms have either 1.5 baths or one large bath with two sinks, and more. We have larger units, approximately 1,000 sq ft, starting at $945 per month. In these newer buildings, you'll pay for heat and electricity. Still, with energy-efficient designs, we estimate those costs to be around $75 per month combined – half the usual amount, significantly lowering your total monthly cost! Two-bedroom units can be furnished for an additional $300 per month, including complete bedroom, dining room, and living room sets. Garages are available for $90 per month with electric remote openers, and ample free, off-street parking is also available. Laundry facilities are located on every floor in the two-bedroom buildings. We do not allow pets. We should be able to accommodate you if we speak soon regarding availability. The deposit is equal to one month's rent, and the application fee is $40 per adult.
