Without furniture they are $845/month or $855 for an end unit. With the furniture included they are $1045 or $1055. Either way we still pay your heat, hot and cold water, garbage pick-up, and sewer. So all you have to pay is your electricity which will run about $30 per month plus your a/c usage in the summer. Please note that we do not accept pets. Assistance Animals with proper documentation from a legal professional are welcome. We do not take Section 8. We also have ample free parking lot space as well as garages. Garages are $80 per month.
