Our community is unique. Our main complex, located at 3003 Woodland, is situated on over 5 acres of beautifully landscaped property with plenty of parking and green space, as well as indoor and out door swimming pools, two level club house with work out equipment, pool table and video games and green space. Four Seasons II, located at 641 35th Street, is our sister complex and consists only of two bedroom apartments.  Both apartment complexes are quiet, safe, pet-free, and a great place to call home. We are a part of the highly desirable Ingersoll area neighborhood, close to many restaurants, shops, Des Moines University, and 10 minutes from downtown. Also, we are managed by the owner, so our residents and property are very well taken care of.

We offer efficiencies, one, and two bedroom apartments.  Corporate housing is also available, furnished with absolutely everything you need. The two-bedroom apartments in our newest buildings have central air, dishwashers, large bathrooms with double vanities, and are up to 1,050 sq. feet of living space.  Many also include eat-in kitchens.
